Satisfaction
We want to you be happy with your
purchase. If you don't like the piece(s) of jewelry you got
from us for
ANY
reason, just return it to us in the same condition it was
in when we sold it to you and we will refund your purchase
price. We will accept return of merchandise if notification
is made within 30 days of receipt. Please do not return
anything to us without first contacting us. That way
we will know what is happening when we receive the piece
and will be able to take care of the problem promptly.
We will issue a refund to you in US
dollars after we receive the returned merchandise or send
you a replacement if you choose. The item(s) must be
returned in original condition. The cost of return shipping
shall be the responsibility of the customer unless the
product was defective or we shipped the wrong product. If
you receive damaged goods please save the item(s) and the
original packaging and contact us via e-mail or phone to
arrange for return of the damaged merchandise.
If any piece of jewelry that I (Bess)
made breaks at any time due to a defect in materials or
workmanship, I will repair or replace it for you at no
charge. This does not apply to abuse of the
item. Stones, cabochons, and gemstones used in my
jewelry may break if dropped, heated, folded, spindled or
mutilated.
